You're in the right place! Whether you choose to start with group classes or dive into one of our personal training services, our workouts are crafted to meet you where you are. If you're feeling really unsure about where to begin, we're happy to offer a free consultation and assessment. This way, we can figure out together the best path for you to start your fitness journey with confidence.

DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP?

Yes! We always offer the first class for free, along with free consultations and assessments. This way, you can start your fitness journey feeling fully supported and confident in your path forward.

How long are the workouts?

Our classes typically run for 45 minutes, except for the 5:30am mobility session, which is a half-hour. Personal training sessions can be either 30 or 60 minutes, depending on your needs and goals. For those opting for buddy training or semi-private sessions, these are 60 minutes long, providing plenty of time to provide individualized attention.

WILL Working with you HELP ME BUILD MUSCLE AND BURN FAT?

When it comes to losing fat....It's a bit sad but true that what you do in the kitchen plays a bigger role in fat loss than what happens in the gym. Classes and personal training are designed to help you gain strength, build muscle and work out any imbalances you may have. Rest time is shortened to appropriate times, which will definitely help in increasing cardiovascular performance, aiding in burning more calories, but at the end of the day when it comes to losing fat, it’s all about nutrition. If this is your goal, we recommend you inquire about our nutrition services.

WHAT RESULTS SHOULD I EXPECT?

When you join our classes, you can expect to see enhancements in your coordination, agility, balance, and strength across multiple muscle groups. This holistic approach not only improves your physical fitness but also boosts your overall functionality and movement in daily life.

WHAT ARE SOME RECOVERY AND REST DAY Tips? WILL TRAINING INTERFERE WITH OTHER ACTIVITIES I DO, LIKE SPORTS?

For recovery and rest days, our training is designed to ensure you get the rest you need. You can engage in light activities like our mobility class, gentle running, or leisurely biking. It's important to avoid anything overly strenuous that could impact your energy levels for your next training session. As for other activities, like sports, our training program is actually complementary. It aims to enhance your performance, making you faster, stronger, and more proficient in your chosen sport without interfering with your ability to participate.
